Packaging, labelling, or bottle design may differ slightly from promotional images.

3. Placing Orders (When Sales Open)

Orders may be placed through our online store once checkout is enabled.
Your order becomes a binding agreement only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Ownership of products passes to you once full payment is received and the parcel has been delivered to your stated address.

We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed perfumes due to hygiene and safety reasons.
